What are overnight oats?
Overnight oats involve soaking the oats overnight in milk along with any other flavoring. You can have it nthe ext morning with seeds, jams, syrups or anything you like. I have mine with some berries and seeds.

How did I make this coffee overnight oats ?
Being a pastry chef myself, I am always surrounded with desserts all the time. My craving for sweets has gone up like crazy and overnight oats is the perfect solution to counteract the cravings yet eating healthy. Once I started enjoying overnight oats, I started trying out different kind of flavors. Out of all the overnight oats that I had, this coffee one is my favorite.
How to make coffee overnight oats ?
- In a mug or a bowl, mix the instant coffee powder with warm water.
- Add the cocoa powder, milk and honey.
- Give it a mix.
- Add the oats and mix.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with some yoghurt, chia seeds or berries.
- Your healthy breakfast oats is ready.

Overnight Oats recipe with coffee flavor
Ingredients
- Warm water- 3 tbsp
- Instant Coffee powder - 1 tbsp
- Cocoa Powder- 1 tsp
- Milk- 4 tbsp
- Honey- 1 tbsp
- Oats- 4 tbsp
- Yoghurt- For topping
