What ingredients do I need to make cinnamon roll overnight oats?
Firstly, you will need oats (I use instant oats, which are readily available and easy to cook. Click here to read more.) and milk to soak the oats in. These two ingredients form the main body for the overnight oats. The oats absorb the milk and swell up. However, you can choose to use any plant-based milk, too.
Secondly, to make cinnamon roll oats, you will need cinnamon powder. I prefer making my cinnamon powder, but you can always purchase it from stores.
Thirdly, I have used honey to provide sweetness to the oats. I am not saying honey is low-calorie, but it is a better choice than sugar.
Lastly, for topping, I made some sugar icing and swirls, cut up some bananas, and placed them on top.
